How to place an order |

Placing your first order with Eren.com.tr. is easy. Just follow these steps to order any of our great products online:
1. Click on any item you'd like to buy. You can click on an item's picture or descriptive link. You'll be taken to that item's Add Shopping Cart. On the My Shopping Cart, you'll see a detailed description of that item every page always visible in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Click Add to Cart to add that item to your Shopping Cart.
The most recent additions to your Shopping Cart are always visible in the upper right corner of the page, and when you're ready to check out, just click Go To Checkout. You'll see the items you've added to your Shopping Cart along with the total price and the amount you save by shopping with Eren com.tr. At this point you have several options:
- If you're changing the Quantity, use the Quantity box and click Update Quantity.
- If you're Removing an Item, click "Delete Item".
3. Click Checkout Now when you're ready to place your order and you'll be prompted to provide an email address.
4. Enter your email address and select that you're a new customer.
5. Create a password for future visits.
6. Click Continue and you'll be taken to the Shipping Page to enter your shipping address and to choose a shipping method.
7. Click Continue to go to the Payment Page. There are several ways to pay for your order, and if you belong to Readers' Advantage, Student Advantage or have a coupon, you will be prompted to enter your discount information. We will verify that your discount information has been received.
8. Click Continue and you'll be taken to the Confirm Page. You'll find a summary of your order, but you will still have an opportunity to make changes from this page before you submit your order.
9. Clicking Send My Order is the last step. Be sure to click this button!
Finally, we'll display a page with your order number, which you may save for your records. You may also click View Your Receipt, which lists the details of your order and offers the option to print it by clicking Print This Receipt. We'll also send a confirmation email shortly.

1. Ship everything together -- This option helps you to minimize shipping costs by holding the shipment of your order until all items become available. However, you may have to wait longer to receive your order. In rare cases, we may ship your items in separate packages, but you will incur no additional shipping charges.
2. Ship items as they are available -- When you choose this option, each item will be shipped to you as it becomes available. You will pay the shipping costs for each package, but we make every effort to combine shipments so you receive your order as quickly as possible while minimizing shipping charges.

How to Cancel an Order |

Click the order status icon in the upper right corner of the page; you will be asked for your email address and password if you haven't already signed in. We'll display your orders in process and orders completed.
Click See Details for a specific order that hasn't shipped yet, and you'll have the opportunity to remove each item by checking the Remove box. Next, click
Update Your Order and we'll ask you to confirm your choice. Confirm the removal of a single item by clicking
Remove Item(s) and we'll redisplay your updated order details, including your new total. To cancel an entire order, simply remove each item.
